Active Substance Testing

Active Substance Testing exposes cultured immune cells and circulating tumor cells separately to 43 active substances spanning four major categories: nutrients, natural extracts, cytokines, and growth factors. Through bidirectional functional analysis, it evaluates the impact of each active substance on immune cell activity and circulating tumor cells, establishing personalized functional data to serve as a reference for dietary supplements, nutritional therapy, and personal health planning.

Circulating Tumor Cell & Immune Risk Testing Process

Blood Collection

Collect approximately 60 mL of human peripheral blood at a partner institution. The specimen will be delivered to the laboratory within 24 hours to initiate subsequent cell culture and testing analysis.

Immune Cell Testing

Utilize flow cytometry analysis technology to test the proportions of key immune cells, such as T cells, B cells, and NK cells, thereby evaluating individual immune status.

Cell Culture

Employ proprietary culture technology to culture and expand immune cells and CTCs for subsequent drug testing.

Drug Sensitivity Testing

A total of 43 active substances across four categories are used to evaluate the activity of immune cells and CTCs, respectively. A co-culture model of immune cells and CTCs is used to assess the effects of 14 immunotherapy drugs on CTC activity.

CTC Subtyping

Utilize flow cytometry analysis technology to detect eight cancer-related CTC types and evaluate the potential quantity of CTCs in the body, providing references for early risk assessment and health management.
