Mexostem is used to evaluate the interactions between stem cells and omnipotent monocytes (OPMs), as well as the effects of exosomes on both cell types and circulating tumor cells (CTCs), establishing personalized cellular analysis data and screening for exosome sources with superior cellular functional responses.

Through a stem cell and OPMs co-culture model, Mexostem evaluates the effects of exosomes from different sources on stem cell viability, while simultaneously testing the changes in CTC viability induced by exosomes. Stem Cell Therapy Efficacy Testing Process

Blood Collection

Collect approximately 60 mL of human peripheral blood at a partner institution. The specimen will be delivered to the laboratory within 24 hours to initiate subsequent cell culture and testing analysis.

Cell Culture

Employ proprietary culture technology to culture and expand stem cells, OPMs, and CTCs to evaluate cellular state and perform exosome and peptide testing analysis.

Exosome & Peptide Testing

Co-culture stem cells with OPMs and apply 4 different exosome sources along with 6 peptide drugs to test their impact on cell growth. Concurrently, apply the same drug combination to analyze changes in CTC viability.

Results Analysis
