Technical Background

In the field of cancer liquid biopsy, mainstream Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) detection technologies currently on the market are mostly limited to screening or small-scale culture of “conventional CTCs.” Constrained by insufficient cell yield, they are often forced to rely on “organoid models”—requiring cost-prohibitive imaging systems and statistical software for predictive analysis, which rarely yields clear, definitive conclusions. Furthermore, Circulating Hybrid Cells (CHCs), which hold even higher research and clinical value, remain a universally acknowledged obstacle for in vitro expansion among top global laboratories.

The CELLSRUN® technology platform has successfully shattered this international bottleneck.
